The two men alleged to have assaulted a police officer on duty in Tailevu earlier this week has been charged.
The accused has been charged with one count each of Failure to comply with Orders, Damaging property, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Trespass and Serious assault and will be appearing at the Nausori Magistrate Court today.
The third suspect is still admitted at the CWM Hospital.
Investigations continue.
